The Primary Course, ACNEM's 'flagship' foundation training course in NEM contains 30 hours of content (lectures and discussion sessions) delivered over four days (Thursday to Sunday), offering the latest biomedical science and research, and practical tools for implementation in clinical practice. The course is designed and delivered by the ACNEM Faculty to be highly practical with a focus on clinical application, and is suitable for GPs, registrars, specialists and other graduate healthcare professionals. Tiny Tots to Teenagers – Childhood Conditions
2 days, 22nd-23rd March

A comprehensive NEM approach to childhood conditions, commencing with the nutritional requirements for healthy pregnancy, birth and optimal development in the early years of life, additives and preservatives, ADHD, ASD and other behavioural disorders, allergies and sensitivities, many childhood conditions commonly seen in general practice, adolescent mental health and eating disorders.

Tired or Wired - thyroid & adrenal conditions
2 days, 24th-25th March

“Serum TSH is normal but your patient presents with a range of symptoms of hypothyroidism”. This popular training program investigates the biochemical and physiological processes behind the symptoms of clinical and sub-clinical thyroid and adrenal conditions, and presents evidence-based NEM approaches and hormonal treatments.

Parking
Car parking in located under the hotel and is limited. It is $10.00 and complementary to in-house guests. It is subject to availability and managed on a first come first serve basis.

Venue, Transport and Meals

Morning tea, lunch and and afternoon tea are provided in the course fee. Transport, accommodation and other meals are not included. Course attendees are responsible for their own transport, accommodation and additional meal arrangements.

Certificate, Diploma, Fellowship qualifications

Soon we will add assessment tasks into the online learning interface which will allow you to optionally enrol in an ACNEM Certificate, Diploma or Fellowship qualification (some pre-requisites apply). The Primary course you complete now (whether face-to-face or by distance learning) or that you have completed recently (within 3 years of undertaking online assessment in the future) will count towards that qualification.
