Members are advised that the ACNEM Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday 20 November 2009 from 9pm (arrive at 7pm for refreshments, networking and a guest speaker) at
the Waipuna Conference Centre, Mt Wellington, Auckland, New Zealand.

Board elections will be held at the AGM and mail/fax voting/proxy forms have already been sent out to members. A copy of the notice is attached below.

Members who were planning to vote in the Board elections using the voting form are advised that there is no need to cast a vote in the Board elections since there are currently 12 candidates for 12 positions, therefore all candidates will be deemed elected at the AGM.

However members are still encouraged to return their voting/proxy forms by mail or fax in relation to voting for the Special Resolutions.
