Dr Dr Amy Gajjar qualified at the Imperial College School of Medicine in London and after moving to Sydney, undertook training to obtain the Fellowship with ACNEM. She has also received her Fellowship in Lifestyle Medicine and is a Board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician.
Her main interests are gut health, thyroid disease and autoimmunity. She is also a Registered Yoga teacher and currently teaches Kundalini Yoga in Bondi Junction. She has also studied ayurvedic lifestyle, coaching, NLP and meditation.
Dr Amy is also a writer and enjoys presenting at community workshops and seminars. She is a Medical Advisor to “Dance Health Alliance”, a not-for-profit organization, that facilitates dance programs in the community and care homes, to improve quality of life and mind body balance for people with neurological conditions such as Dementia and MS.
