Exercise for Health & Performance

Auckland, NZ | 14-15 March 2020

Exercise is a powerful tool to use in clinic. Our highly specialised presenters will bring their clinical experience and knowledge to explore the practical, evidence-based use of exercise for both preventing and treating chronic disease and optimising sport performance. This intensive two-day course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to give specific evidence-based exercise recommendations in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. In addition, this course will teach the foundations of sports nutrition and performance, designed to empower busy clinicians to help their patients achieve their training goals.

Current and evolving evidence will be presented including nutriceuticals, diet, lifestyle and environmental factors, alongside the range of available testing and investigation options. This course is designed for GP’s, sports medicine physicians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, exercise physiologists, nutritionists and naturopaths.
