Running Time: 3.5 minutes
This brief meditation with Fiona Donohoe-Bales helps to usher in a healing presence using the touch of the hands. In Traditional Chinese Medicine the hands are referred to as the Messengers of the Heart. You can practice this meditation at any time of day and is particularly beneficial if you’re feeling tired, exhausted or burnt out.
Can be practiced seated either on a chair, standing or lying down.
