Leah Bisiani is a highly skilled RN1 and aged care and dementia consultant with more than 35 years experience. She holds a RN1, MHlthSc and DipBus and started Uplifting Dementia to promote uplifting and joyous environments for people living with dementia.

Ms Bisani has successfully demonstrated how reconsidering the medical paradigm and creating

environments in which persons living with dementia continue to thrive, enables continuation of life based on recognition of self and the valuing of individual uniqueness.
