Dr Nindhi Ahilan graduated from the UNSW in 2004 and it was during her time there that she developed an interest in Nutritional Medicine and Holistic Practices. She travelled to Kerala, India to do her medical elective in Ayurvedic Medicine in 2002.
After graduating with Honours she obtained her Fellowship from the RACGP and went on to do further training with ACNEM, A5M, AIMN, Medisca and recently obtained a Professional Extension in Herbal Medicine with Professor Denis Stewart. She is an examiner for the RACGP. She also informally mentors doctors interested in incorporating NEM into their own practice.
Her main objective has been to empower patients in their healing journey and utilising as many tools and supporting team members as required. More recently her focus has been on addressing the emotional and spiritual realms of wellbeing.
