The menopausal transition is a critical window of change - physiologically, emotionally, and functionally. As hormonal shifts influence everything from bone density to muscle mass and metabolic health, it’s essential to support women through this stage with a comprehensive, evidence-informed approach.

Join us for this clinically relevant webinar where we explore the key drivers of menopausal symptoms, address common clinical challenges, and examine how targeted integrative interventions can support this life stage. We will discuss in detail the influence of the microbiome on critical aspects of wellness during this life stage, looking at the gut-bone axis, the vaginal microbiome, the gut-brain axis, and the role of the microbiome in cholesterol metabolism. This session will equip you with the tools to help your patients feel empowered - not diminished - by the menopausal transition.

Learning outcomes:

  • Describe the impact of the menopausal transition health and quality of life
  • Explore up-to-date information on the utilisation of soy isoflavones in the menopausal transition
